This policy covers our website and business communications. Where TRUE acts as a processor of personal data on behalf of a customer within the TRUE platform, that processing is governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) entered into with that customer, not by this policy.

We collect only what we need for the purposes below.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics or tracking pixels on this website, and we do not build marketing profiles of visitors. See our Cookie Policy.
3. Where your data is processed and stored
This website is hosted within the European Union (France). Personal data you submit through the site is processed and stored in the EU/EEA. We do not transfer website personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA.
Our platform is designed for European data sovereignty: production hosting and AI inference are provided on European sovereign infrastructure. The specific hosting region and sub-processors that apply to a customer deployment are set out in that customer's contract and DPA.
4. Sub-processors and service providers
We use a small number of carefully selected providers to run our website and communications. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement and processes data only on our instructions.
| Provider | Function | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Scaleway | Website hosting & server logs | France (EU) |
| Loopia AB | Business email (receiving and answering your enquiries) | Sweden (EU) |
| Loopia AB | Domain registration and DNS | Sweden (EU) |
A current list of platform sub-processors is provided to customers under their DPA and updated with notice as required.
5. How long we keep your data
- Enquiry and demo correspondence: retained for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a relationship develops, for the duration of that relationship; otherwise deleted within 24 months of last contact.
- Server logs: retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, typically 90 days, then deleted or anonymised.
- Cookie-notice cookie: up to 6 months, after which you will see the notice again.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15);
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16);
- Erase your data where the conditions apply (Art. 17);
- Restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 18, 21);
- Data portability where processing is by consent or contract and carried out by automated means (Art. 20);
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent, without affecting prior processing.
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details in section 1. We will respond within one month, as required by the GDPR.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish supervisory authority, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) — imy.se — or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
7. How we protect your data
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration — including encryption in transit, access controls, EU-based hosting and the principle of data minimisation. Security is our product; we hold ourselves to it.
8. Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
