These Terms govern your use of the True mobile application. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
True provides decision verification: send requests, respond to requests, and view records of completed decisions. The App does not execute transactions or payments.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, have authority to participate in decisions you verify, and comply with applicable laws.
3. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate information, use the App lawfully, do not impersonate others. You are responsible for decisions you approve or deny.
4. Decision Records
Proof receipts reflect user-provided actions. True does not validate the substance of decisions, only that a verification occurred.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
